Which material for which use?

Plastic racks

  • Plastic racks are ideal for organising large quantities of dishes and glasses.
  • They are light, stackable and durable.
  • Different colours for top frames and compartment subdivisions help when using the racks as a sorting and storage system.
  • Size L plastic racks (500 mm x 500 mm) are particularly suitable for use in rack conveyor dishwash systems.

Plastic coated wire racks

  • Plastic coated wire racks are characterised by the highest possible water permeability, so that the water jet can spray all the dishes with the least possible obstruction.
  • Plastic coated wire racks have a resilient plastic coating that protects the dishes against damage.
  • Please note: These racks can only be stacked when empty.

Stainless steel racks

  • Stainless steel racks are exclusively used in utensil washers for pots, trays and utensils.
  • Their particularly robust construction and special base structure are specifically designed for large and heavy items.
