The Winterhalter under counter dishwashers of the UC Series all have built-in detergent and rinse-aid dosing systems to guarantee a hygienic and a clean washing result. Since they require relatively small doses, these machines also have built-in detergent and rinse aid containers. The touchscreen of the machines signal the user in due time when the containers will be empty.
The GS 502 and GS 515 rack pass-through dishwashers, not only have a built-in rinse aid dosing system as a standard feature, but also the option of either a built-in or an external detergent dosing system.
